Lakeview Show Home

The Lakeview has been built to showcase the next generation of Lockwood high-performance building, exceeding the requirements for thermal efficiency. The “NZ Natural” theme of the house supports NZ companies and locally sourced products, including our own Lockwood VG Pine, an eco-conscious choice grown and processed right here in the Bay of Plenty. The carpets are NZ wool, and the curtains are supplied by Russells, another proudly NZ-owned and operated company.

This home is luxury in a small package with high-end kitchen finishes including stone benchtops and Laminam splashback. A Velux solar-operated opening skylight is installed in the living area.
