The Lakeview has been built to showcase the next generation of Lockwood high-performance building, exceeding the requirements for thermal efficiency. The “NZ Natural” theme of the house supports NZ companies and locally sourced products, including our own Lockwood VG Pine, an eco-conscious choice grown and processed right here in the Bay of Plenty.
